Chris and Amanda Engagement pt. 2
I know it’s been forever since I’ve posted a blog update, but things are CRAZY right now. I have been diligently working on my new blog/website in any free time I can find. Anyway, on the business at hand. Chris and Amanda wanted to go out again for some more engagement photos now that it’s finally getting warm here in MI. This also gave me a good chance to go out and try out my new toys that I’ve bought recently. Woo toys! We had a good time shooting around Rochester and Birmingham and had a delicious meal at Gus O’ Connor’s. Check that place out if you’re ever in the area, great food. On to the photos:

New Blog coming soon!
I will have my new blog up in the very near future. I will update and link here when it’s done.
I’m pretty excited now that I’ve actually started getting things rolling. The project will start as just the blog and then sometime transform into a full HTML/Flash/Portfolio/Blog site. If my small amount of previous experience in this whole web design endeavor has taught me anything, it will not be a fast process by any means. This will also be the reason that I won’t be posting much between now and when the blog, at the least, is ready to go.

4th Annual Ski/Snowboard Competition at Mt. Holly
This past Saturday was our 4th annual ski and snowboard competition at Mt. Holly. Things went as good as you could ever ask for minus a couple injuries. Gorgeous weather (my pasty white face did not enjoy that much sun), great riding from all that were involved, and probably the best park setup we have ever had at Mt. Holly. Really it was insane. Congrats to all the competitors that won, thanks to everyone who came from out of town (Rich!) and props to all the “old guys” that came out to ride. It was good seeing everyone. Anyway on to the photos…

We are starting the planning for our 4th Annual Ski and Snowboard Competition at Mt. Holly. Come out and compete for a bunch of sweet prizes or just come watch some of the best riding you will see in MI all year.

This is my first Engagement session with Chris and Amanda, we had a bit of a time and warmth constraint so we will be going back out in a couple weeks. Had a good time and thanks to Amber for being my lighting assistant.

Ahh the holidays…
I was starting to feel like a real scrooge working so much this season but this past week really reminded me why I love the holidays so much. Seeing friends and family makes all the extra hours of work totally worth it.
